Alien: Romulus is directed by horror master Fede Alvarez from a screenplay by Alvarez and frequent collaborator Rodo Sayagues based on characters created by Dan O’Bannon and Ronald Shusett. Ridley Scott — who directed the original Alien and the series entries Prometheus and Alien: Covenant — produces with Michael Pruss and Walter Hill.
More about Aileen Wu
She is a Chinese Canadian actor, director, writer, and producer, who has cemented herself as one of the industry’s rising stars. Wu is an accomplished stage actor, having starred in numerous productions including her off- Broadway acting debut in Smith Street Stage’s adaptation “Lear: That Old Man I Used to Know.” She also wrote and directed an original off-Broadway Chinese play “Here’s a Blue Morpho for You,” which premiered at the Rattlestick Theatre.
Some of her producing credits include the theatre documentary “Hamlet: Rehearsed,” as well as the award-winning ultra-short film “Closing Doors.” Wu is a graduate of New York University’s prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, having earned her BFA. She is also a graduate of the Stella Adler Studio of Acting.
